Cancellation Policy
For Group Bookings (5 or more rooms)
Cancellations made:
+30 days prior to check-in penalty 50% of total booking price.
15 days prior to check-in penalty 75% of total booking price.
7 days prior to check-in penalty 100% of total booking price.
Any refunds will incur a $15ST processing fee.
No shows will be charged for full length of stay.
* We will not make any charges to your credit card apart from your deposit prior to your check in date, unless you make a late cancellation or if you do not show up.
* Please note that a shortening of your stay or postponement is also considered to be a cancellation.
* Ensure you have arranged Travel/Holiday insurance to cover any cancellation fees in the case that you have to cut your trip short unexpectedly.
